By selecting a good manufacture who posses an interface between Development, Metrology and Plastic processing, we offer tool designs within the scope of a clearly defined quality assurance process, which maps all customer requirements in the best way possible. Thanks to state-of-the-art eroding, milling and automation techniques, we can manufacture tools in batches and design them according to customer's needs. These tools can later be corrected to hundredths of a millimetre if necessary.

Plastic Processing

At our production facility , we process more than 500 filled and non-filled plastics, turning them into high-precision hybrid components, modules and systems. We are experts for both thermosetting and thermoplastics as well as for any necessary manufacturing and processing technologies, which enable us to implement even the most complex demands when it comes to shape geometry, tightness and smoothness in all of our products and series. Thanks to the high automation level of our injection moulding and injection stamping production as well as our globally-standardized quality, we can ensure the highest process stability and reproducibility possible. Our experience makes us one of the most competent partners even for 2K and inmould decoration production, clean room production (class 8) as well as in substituting metals using plastics if it is worthwhile.

Assembly and processing

Applying the state-of-the-art joining techniques to our assembly process, we combine our modules with custom made plastic housings into final consumer products in large and small production runs. Simple, transparent, lean processes that are customer and product oriented and all assembly services are combined efficiently into one single cycle (one-piece flow).
Depending on the size of the production run, product and joining technique, we check what level of automation is most practical for your product. In this process we pay special attention to ensuring full batch traceability, safety along the entire process chain and therefore, we can offer you all product-relevant processing, finishing and testing processes at the production site.

Plastics Finishing / Decorating

Virtually all molded plastic products receive some sort of final decoration. These decorations are either "molded-in" or "applied" types.

Molded-in decorations are those designed into the mold, such as textures; or by implant, as with two-shot molding. Color is considered a molded-in decoration by virtue of pre-colored resins injected into the mold.
Applied decorations are those added to the plastic part after molding. These applied decoration methods include:
